The Learn2Learn Foundation supports educational theater and film projects in Gambia. By making theater and film productions with and for the local youths, important information is thaught in a fun and educational way among thousands of peers throughout the Gambia.

In the past three years, it has been shown that conveying information in the form of theater and film is a very effective way to reach to target group, mainly because the country suffers from a high percentage of illiterates. Theater and film provide both the players and spectators an accessible and understandable way of how they can deal with social issues such as good education, refugees, and the environment. In addition, the youth is made clear that they have to find solutions within the possibilities that the Gambia has to offer. Finally, they teach the youngsters to work on being independent and self-reliance. Their aim for the future is to let groups carry out the theater and film projects by themselves.
